In this lesson I use Wayne Shorter's JuJu to discuss the augmented scale. The included pdf contains numerous examples of lines derived from this powerful hexatonic scale. There is also a discussion on how to use these ideas on six different chord types. I also use the more common standard "A Train" to demonstrate these ideas. A very hip advanced lesson.
