Barry Greene Video Lessons

I usually take it with Tunes. I chose a tune and spend time trying to apply what Barry suggest for that tune. Really each one of Barry's tune videos include most of the topics you need. That is II-V examples, domintant examples, etc.
Sometimes I just practice certain progressions, like II-V, etc, with a backing track.
whenever I get bored with the kind of lines I play, I go and transcribe someone. Either Barry's examples, or one of the other greats out there.

I also do lots of listening. Whenever I hear something that I like, I slow it down, sing with it, or transcribe it,
