The easiest way I've found to keep up with recent posts on the forum is by the time stamp at the topic level . I noticed that if you click reply to the main topic of the forum, the timestamp gets updated. However, if you click "reply" to an individual post it doesn't update the timestamp at the topic level. So the only way I can find new posts that people have replied to is to dig into each topic. So I've just started always replying at the top level of each thread.
Does anyone know a better way to find the newest posts, other than just looking at the "last post" stamp at the topic level?
I look at the dates on the main page, I'm not sure this is the best way. I'm hoping they make some improvements although it's way better than the older forum.
so when I do this .... i.e. reply to a reply where it's not at the top level of discussion, the datestamp on the main page doesn't take the update. It's like it only notices posts at the top level.
