Hi there... i am nearing the end of my first month subscribing to the video lessons and i yet to be able to watch a single video straight through. Every time i try to play a video i get an error message and the screen locks up. If anyone could offer a solution so i can start using these lessons it would be greatly appreciated... thanks, Troy
It sounds like either your computer or internet is too slow? There are hundreds of people on here, very rarely are there playback issues. I copied and pasted the Vimeo help doc below. Let me know how it goes.

If that doesn’t work, start a help ticket with Vimeo, they are very quick to respond.

Try clicking the gear (settings) icon to change the resolution to 240. This requires less bandwidth.
There are hundreds of people on this site with no problems at all. As has been suggested, lower the resolution and try using the chrome browser. These videos are at 1080p lower it to 720
