I have the iphone app and am able to watch videos there, but when I try to access them on my PC it says "The device limit for your account has been reached. Please sign out of a device to watch."
I tried logging out of the iphone app but still get the same error on the PC. I've cleared my browser cache, restarted, etc. Still no luck.
Are these videos limited to one device/session only?
Matt use the help link on the bottom of this page. I haven’t heard of a device limit before. Vimeo is very quick to respond to,customer emails. They will help quickly. Sorry for the trouble.
