Hey Barry,

I recently came across some people recommending Pat Martinos book linear expressions. Since you are so heavily influenced by Pat - have you worked with this book? I am currently just working through the first 5 activities and I guess the real eye opener is yet to come. Would you recommend working with this book?

I hope to get more language out of this book, longer, more coherent lines. I am also interested to see and hear how the "convert erverything to minor approach" changes (maybe even improves) my output when soloing.

Yes, I recommend Linear Expressions, I learned a tremendous amount by studying it along with the Joe Pass Guitar Style book. Check out the Pat Martino lesson on the website.
